Steakhouse
Pitchfork Restaurant
Pitchfork is the crown jewel of Cactus Pete's dining, and regulars will tell you the prime rib is legitimately outstanding—it's the kind of cut that justifies the price and keeps people coming back. The restaurant has this Western-lodge atmosphere with wood beams and warm lighting that feels authentically Idaho, not like a cheesy Vegas knockoff, and the staff moves quickly without being pushy. You'll see everyone from serious high-rollers celebrating wins to families treating themselves on special ocasions, and the kitchen handles volume remarkably well even during busy Friday nights. The baked potatoes are loaded properly, the sides are generous, and they do a fantastic job with their seafood specials too—the salmon is fresh and prepared simply, which is exacty what you want. Make reservations if you're going Friday or Saturday especially around 7-8pm, or you'll be waiting 45 minutes.
